Instructions
 

Before use, stir the A component evenly, then take 1 part of the A group and 1 part of the B group (weight ratio) and fully mix them evenly, pour them into the potted electronic components, and gradually solidify into an elastic solid at room temperature. .
 
Once the A and B components of this product are mixed, a chemical reaction begins, and the viscosity of the rubber compound begins to increase gradually (it will not increase significantly within the allowable operating period). use to avoid waste.
 
Note that the operating time will be affected by the following factors: if the amount of crosslinking agent is large, or the ambient temperature is high, the vulcanization process of the rubber will become faster. On the contrary, the vulcanization will slow down.
 
If bubbles are generated during mixing, the mixed rubber can be vacuumed first, and then poured. If necessary, the poured components must be subjected to a secondary vacuum bubble treatment to ensure that the potted components are sealed. No air bubbles were brought in.
 
The cross-linking agent of component B is easy to deteriorate after absorbing moisture, so it should be stored in an airtight state, especially after each use, be sure to cover the lid of the packaging bucket.
 
Recommendations for using the ratio: In winter, it can be configured according to the upper limit of the ratio of the two components A: B, in summer, according to the lower limit, and in spring and autumn, it can be configured according to the average ratio.
