Instructions
 

Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the object to be glued to remove rust, dust and oil.
 
Glue application: Use a blade to cut off the front tip, put on the tip, use a squeezing gun to squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed, and close the glued surface to fix it.
 
Curing: Place the glued or sealed parts in the air and let them cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the interior. Within 24 hours (room temperature and 60% relative temperature), the glue will be cured to a depth of 3~5mm. If the part is deep, especially the part that is not easy to come into contact with the air. , the time to complete curing will be extended, and if the temperature is lower, the curing time will also be extended. Before proceeding with further processing or packaging the bonded parts, the user is advised to wait long enough so that the firmness and integrity of the bond is not compromised.
 
 

Precautions
 

After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and the cap should be tightly sealed. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it, it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process of the glue, there may be a small amount of curing phenomenon at the mouth of the nozzle. After removing it, it can be used normally without affecting the performance of the product.
